The concept transforms the area — situated near historic buildings and a body of water— into an island-like setting filled with diverse greenery and moist air. By creating a natural, welcoming environment, it fosters a sense of comfort for residents, allowing them to interact with nature and feel truly a part of it.
The cluster is situated in an ecologically pristine area, in close proximity to forests, mountain ranges, mineral springs, and historical monuments. The project takes into account the natural value of the site, a factor reflected in the landscape design and architectural concept.

SITEPLAN
The lines of the master plan are based on natural, streamlined forms, creating a sense of harmony and envelopment in the surrounding space.
The site is roughly divided in two, yet the space feels unified thanks to the use of cohesive design accents throughout. Art installations in the recreation areas subtly evoke a water theme, while the materials used for these pieces reinforce the sensation of being in a boat on open water. Decorative elements on the playground equipment and the central amphitheater further complement the space with indirect references to ships.
The playgrounds in the upper and lower sections of the courtyard are designed like a "kiddie pool" area— a space where children are constantly running, jumping, and climbing. Huge leaf-shaped canopies create a fairytale atmosphere, immersing children in an environment where they can invent and act out their own play scenarios, while sensory landscaping near the playgrounds fosters their all-around development.
CUSTOM-DESIGNED SMALL ARCHITECTURAL FORMS
All the artifacts are connected by an invisible thread of mystery. Near the objects, you can find a sign with a QR code; scan it, and a clue will open leading to the next location. This virtual quest allows you to begin your journey from any point, and the route will be created automatically, step by step.
